From the 28 to the 31 January, LINET Group SE showcased its finest material at the most prestigious of events in the Middle East – Arab Health in Dubai. The resounding success was the strongest yet in our years of participation. The key topic of LINET and German partner WiBo this year was patient safety, which was primarily demonstrated on comprehensive room solutions.

LINET has prevailed in the prestigious Best Innovator poll in the large company category. The recognition, which is regularly awarded by the consultancy firm A.T. Kearney, went to LINET on consensus of an expert panel of leading Czech academic and business personas. This is the first year the poll has been conducted in the Czech Republic; the methodology of assessment, which looks at categories such as innovation strategies and life cycle innovation, was the same as in the other 17 countries in which the competition is organized.

Baptist Health Care is a community-owned, not-for-profit hospital provider of care in the US.

To help achieve the very high standards of care demanded, Baptist entered a thorough review of patient beds available to the U.S. They chose LINET as the supplier of 300 innovative Eleganza patient beds.

Following a rigorous evaluation and tender process LINET UK were chosen by the trust for a patient bed replacement programme. During one weekend in April a total of 319 modern Eleganza patient beds were delivered and installed in an impressive 1 ½ days keeping vital services running and minimising disruption.

Student Nurses from Birmingham City University having the chance to get hands on LINET products on the 14th of March 2012.

This was part of an open day and workshop set up by the University and Stephen Wanless, Senior Academic-Department of Skills and Simulation.

Students were learning how to get the benefits from a 4 section profiling and tilting patient beds.
