Designed to work in partnership with a host of key stakeholders, promoting patient independence, addressing risk management within the bed space and assisting carers to manage patient mobility, our diverse range of hospital bedframes have built up a reputation for their unique design and functionalty.
Eleganza XC
The Eleganza XC multi-functional four-section electric profiling bedframe delivers the safety, features and stability that are the pre-requisite for effective all round treatment in a variety of areas from general wards to intensive care units.
The unique twin column construction of the Eleganza XC enables ease of c-arm access, whilst an X-ray translucent surface and an integrated weighing system all reduce the disturbance to the critical patient and decrease the additional work undertaken by carers in patient transfers.
Unique Twin Column Construction Strong, durable and highly manoeuvrable the column construction of the bed ensures stability and a safe working load of 230 kg.
C-arm ScanningNumerous examinations and procedures using the C-arm can be performed directly on the bed, thus removing the need to move the patient and therefore reducing the physical strain on nursing staff. C-arm scanning on the bed minimises the risks associated with the transfer of seriously or even critically ill patients
C-arm scanning can be performed from the head to the pelvic area thanks to the x-ray translucency of mattress platform
Integrated Weighing SystemThe integrated weighing system registers the patient’s absolute weight to an accuracy of 500g, monitors changes in patient’s weight, whilst the weighed values may be frozen when changing clothes, bandages, splints or other items on the patient surface. The system also has a memory for saving 10 weighed absolute measures.
Double Auto-RegressionThe double auto-regression positioning of the back-rest and knee-break increases the space in the pelvic area by up to 18cm so that the pressure load is 40% lower than on a standard bed ensuring exceptional comfort, pressure relief and positioning for the patient.
