Routine nursing activities often mean the physical handling of the patient several times a day, often in non-ergonomic positions. Linet has developed the Latera Acute bedframe with a lateral tilt to turn the patient with little physical exertion, minimising excessive physical strain and the risk of injury.

• The force required to turn a patient on the Latera Acute is 10 times lower in comparison with a standard bedframe
• The time required for completing activities on the Latera Acute such as changing bed linen is reduced by up to 20% in comparison with a standard bedframe.

Lateral tilt adjustment
The Latera Acute has a 15 degree lateral tilt which enables the patient to be turned to the side with the minimum of effort and
