The EFFECTA 100 pressure reducing foam mattress is constructed of profiled foam, castellated on the top and base with individually cut cells optimising patient comfort and pressure reduction through even weight distribution. Its unique contoured corners enhance profiling on electric bedframes and a maximum patient weight of 195 kg / 30 stone.

Castellated foam surface on both sides provides greater weight distribution and effectively reduces pressure. Individually cut cells provide increased air circulation and reduce the build up of heat and moisture.
The EFFECTA 100 features a 2-way stretch, waterproof Sieon sewn cover which reduces shear and friction forces promoting patient comfort. Its vapour permeable properties reduce moisture retention helping preserve the skins normal condition and optimising patient comfort.
