The EFFECTA 300 pressure reducing foam mattress features a profiled upper surface with individually cut cells and firm side supports and base optimising patient comfort and pressure reduction through even weight distribution. Designed as a non-turn mattress with a toughened hard wearing coated base the EFFECTA 300 features unique contoured corners which enhances profiling on electric bedframes and a maximum patient weight of 222 kg / 35 stone.
Contoured corners of mattress enhance profiling on electric bedframes and provide easy access to accessories such as IV poles.
Profiled mattress surface provides greater weight distribution and effectively reduces pressure. Individually cut cells provide increased air circulation and reduce the build up of heat and moisture.
Patient comfort
The EFFECTA 300 features a 2-way stretch, waterproof Esprit HR cover which reduces shear and friction forces promoting patient comfort. Its vapour permeable properties reduce moisture retention helping preserve the skins normal condition and optimising patient comfort. While welded seams with full length flap concealing the zip reduces possible fluid ingress.
